Your service agreement begins when installation is completed and service is activated. Contract terms, pricing, and service commitments are outlined in your individual service order.
Cabel Connection may provide equipment necessary for service delivery. You are responsible for the care and return of all rented equipment. Damage or loss of equipment will result in replacement charges.

Either party may terminate service with appropriate notice as specified in the service agreement. Early termination may result in fees as outlined in your contract.

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Class action lawsuits are waived.
Neither party is liable for performance delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or network outages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which services are provided, without regard to conflict of law principles.
